okay i'll take up the slack of any uncertainty. I haven't been this excited in a long time. i'll admit to watching glee in a love/hate manner. (i hate much of the song choices and auto tune but it has moments of brilliance w/the origianl characters) Most of all, this could be huge for adam IF he does well on screen - doesn't matter that the show is fading- it still has Lea Michelle, Chris Colfer and Naya Rivera (forgive spellings). (There have been hysterical guest arcs with NPH, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kristin chenoweth (and a great one ep w/Matt Bomer).
My early wishlist is: - First, please please let his character be part of the New York/NYADA storyline (or Santana's NY storyline - she'll prob start a band or such while Rachel was trying out for Funny Girl revival) Just don't send him to Lima Ohio - though he would be funny with Coach Sue (Jane Lynch) but no one watches for that part anymore as the new kids haven't caught on w/audience at all. - Following up above - if he's part of the Rachel B'way storyline - great! And maybe he could sing something with Idina Menzel (Rachel's mother on the show) - Would have put this higher. Though I don't want Adam on B'way now, I am a big fan and loved Jonathan Groff on the show as Jesse St James. (I don't think the young watchers of Glee got how funny a parody his character was.) Jonathan and Adam doing something together would make me smile. (If you are a fan and haven't seen Jonathan's bits on you tube in things like the Miscast shows or his duet w Jeremy Jordan - pls check them out.) - Finally, I love you like air Adam but please please have been seeing an acting coach:) Whether you like the show or not - these are actually strong actors and it shows when someone isn't. Congrats Adam - clearly he's excited and I'm happy for him. (If you think you're annoyed about having to watch - now Neil will have to watch Glee lol)

This is such great news!!!!!!! I will START watching Glee of course! Feels like this may be the year of ADAM breaks through to the US masses. No wonder he looks so happy
I've never watched Glee. Do I need a Glee class to understand what the story line is? Or does it matter. Do you marketing guys think this crosses demographic lines for Adam?
I hope she's around for years to come. I have two dogs and I love animals, so any time you want to share more,I would love to hear it.Keep singing to that kitty, good for the kitty soul.

Awwwwwww, TY adamrocks!! I know that she does feel it, and that's why I do it. She's such a sweetheart...well, to me, not so much to others...lol! But, she's MY Sasha...that's what counts.

Lÿndsey Parker @lyndseyparker So @adamlambert is joining the @gleeonfox cast, no big whoop. yhoo.it/1arNTDA #aaaaaaghghghghghjkhiudyfiuvxgvcnbvmfxbhgklxhvkcj
Well, this has got to be the best thing that's happened to "Glee" since the original cast covered "Don't Stop Believin'" in Season 1. Or, since, ever. Adam Lambert has joined the Fox show for Season 5, according to a tweet by the series' creator, Ryan Murphy, that was instantly and enthusiastically RT'd by thousands of fans (and Mr. Glambert himself) on Wednesday night. Ryan Murphy @mrrpmurphy I am thrilled to announce that the super talented Adam Lambert is joining the cast of Glee this fall. Adam Lambert @adamlambert I'm so excited!! “@mrrpmurphy: I am thrilled to announce that the super talented Adam Lambert is joining the cast of Glee this fall.”
Rumors and/or hopes of Adam appearing on "Glee" have circulated practically since he was still on the Fox network, competing on "American Idol." Even "Glee's" star diva, Leah Michelle, expressed excitement about the prospect. Way, way back in 2009, shortly after Adam's "Idol" season, Rachel raved to Yahoo!: "I want to sing with Adam Lambert so badly! I think he is so incredibly talented. He's a vocal freak. It's like working out: If you want to work out well, then you want to train with the best…that's how I feel about Adam Lambert. That's my metaphor."
While it's unclear what role Adam will play (bad-boy-with-a-heart-of-gold-glitter music teacher who marches to the beat of his own drum machine? Kurt's unfathomably fabulous co-worker at Vogue? Tony-winning Broadway star who becomes Rachel's new BFF?), one thing is certain: I will be watching "Glee" again this fall. Now please excuse me while I start preparing my wishlist of Leah/Adam duets now (my personal pick is "Close My Eyes Forever" by Ozzy Osbourne and Lita Ford...but hey, that's just me).
