"FREE FREE AT LAST" MLK.....I believe leaving RCA is the last tie ADAM has to American Idol .NO wonder ADAM never blew his money on houses,cars,etc. well clothes, but they can be 'costumes' and a tax write off,IMHO Adam knew that he had to get out from under this label.Maybe he saved up for this day.. Trespassing album neglect by the label and then this covers crap. Well.RCA never got him and IMHO after Barry left ,the new CEO just threw ADAM under the bus. HOW could a man like ADAM put up with the label destroying his art,his integrity or his soul.. I think fans should post if they feel like it, or not. Does not really matter. She is getting a ton of hits and pick-ups on this article. She will get a follow-up or two next week. It will be a good couple of weeks for Shirley. |

Wow! Adam really meant it when he sang "Never close our eyes"! I fell asleep last night reading A-top. (Literally. My DH is out of town and I had my I-Pad propped on a pillow, lol.) I was on page 11, right before the news hit. I've been up since 5AM, catching up. I agree with theosgma's musing about Adam's intense rendition of SSB...land of the free and home of the brave, indeed! Paula Abdul called it right away...this man is exciting!!!

This also explains why no release of the Lifeball song. Why release a song that RCA would have a piece of when he is fixing to leave. Or maybe being in limbo without agreement on proceeding with the third album meant releasing anything would be a legal nightmare.
