On Saturday at 10AM a group of us will be on the ribbon of highway taking us home from Paso Robles!!
Which means we won't be able to have a good computer connection in hopes of buying iHeart tickets!! Aarrrugh!!!!
I second the idea that anyone who can purchase tickets on Saturday please, please buy an extra one, two, or three!! I, for one, will be forever thankful to purchase one from you! I want to be as close as I can - - but not at a cost of $$$thousands!!!

When buying tickets on ticketmaster it is often best to try for the minimum number of tickets you need. If you are willing to go by yourself, try for one. If you won't go unless your friend/DH/?? can come along, try for 2. If you won't go unless your whole group can come, try for 4.
If ticket buying is going crazy it is easier for the ticketmaster program to find a single seat, than a group 4; easier to find 2 than 4, etc.
If you try for 1 or 2, and get them, then go back and try for more.
If you are given the choice of "seats must be grouped together" or "do not have to be grouped together", the ticketmaster program has a better chance of finding seats that are not together. Of course, don't try for seats that are not together if some members of your group will be uncomfortable with that.
Don't give up too quickly. Often it says "sold out", then more tickets show up a little later. Some of these are tickets from people who, for example, got tickets on two windows on their computer, decided which they preferred, then let go of one set. Other tickets that show up after a period of "sold out" can be ones held back by ticketmaster and released a little later than the starting buy time. They do this as part of an anti-scalper strategy. (Ironic since they also sometimes strike deals with resellers for blocks of tickets.)

Ok, so someone here who has experience with floor plans and such needs to tell us which sections look the best for Queenbert. I'm gonna try for four tickets and I know that I'll only use two. BUT, if I can't get a decent section, I'm not buying any. Nosebleed at the prices they are asking just doesn't compute for me.

Maybe even check out places on the way down to be sure they have decent wifi. peace&love |
