Well that sucks! Where did all the tickets go? There are only a few hundred on stubhub, are they going to feed them to the re-sellers in batches?? I think the audience is going to be full of VIPs and industry people. Of course, that is great for Adam but bad for the fans. Also, there was some kind of presale on Wed. for someone because the TM page was all set up for a password and everything. It wasn't AmEx, not citibank, IDK who it was for. But it was there all day and gone at midnight. So some very important people had access to tickets for a whole day. :( The pre sale was for clear channel employees and it sold out very quickly as well. |

The VEVO video is totally different - very cute, but with "regular" girls instead of all the stars in the first one. One bad thing (to me, anyway). They show one of the girls shoplifting, which I don't think is cute at all.  Very disappointing! The first video was brilliant! I know plenty of young American girls and none would do the things they are doing. Bonnie is better than this. :( Gosh - the first video has close to 1,000,000 views! |

There is absolutely NOTHING i like about the vevo american girl video. turned it off halfway, so maybe i missed the best part. BORING. I at least thought the promo video was clever and it was fun iding the celeb appearances. I don't find BK attractive really, how old IS she? she would have been better off giving the song to Kesha............ Ok, I miss Adam....... eta: just checked and she is knocking on the door of 30! and unfortunately she looks older than that to me which makes this video very unbelievable. ack. Interesting you should mention her age as that popped into my mind...those guys in the parking lot, with bicycles, made her look like a cougar.  I dunno been a long time since I have been there but jumping on a bed in underwear...at age 30? You tell me! ??? Well Adam was jumping on a bed and throwing a telly out the window for VEVO... at about age 29, so I guess I cannot be too harsh ...but he was not in his underwear...maybe wish he had been. nah...! Anyway ...the vid is what it is... but I do like the song. |

YAY, Trespassing song at Rock for People 2013, Radio Evropa2 (the Czech Republic) I love this fun video! As Adam would say, "So much ENERGY"!! They were having a real good time dancing to his music.....that's what puts a smile on Adam's face! And...yeah...I was disappointed in the Bonnie McKee video. Nuf said!  |

Hi everyone! I was going to write a recap of Paso show this morning, but RL is interrupting for a day or so...my roommate twisted her ankle/fell yesterday and is fairly screwed up. Won't go to a doctor, because nothing is "broken" but is temporarily unable to walk/fend for herself, so I'll have to put recap on hold until a bit later.
BUT IT WAS FANTASTIC, AS YOU ALL KNOW!! So glad there were good livestreams, and the videos are GREAT! I need to watch them myself, as I was right up front leaning on the rail, and was so freakin' mesmerized I can't even remember all the moments I want to! All I know is he sang his ass off, had relaxed/cute banter, and stood RIGHT in front of me enough to make me a very happy camper!
SO my recap will just mostly be sharing info about all the non-fans/fans-but-virgins-to-a-LIVE-show
I visited with before and after the concert.
In the meantime, the Japanese woman who stood to my left emailed me some pics and vids...I have no time to do anything with them today. I'd like to forward them to anyone who can then dl and post (in the 7/19 thread I guess?) SO IF ANYONE IS WILLING TO DO THIS, COULD YOU PM ME WITH YOUR EMAIL?
I'll check back in a a couple hours.
Off to fix lunch for us (and try to convince S to go to doctor!)
