Ya know, is Fox powerful enough to put pressure on clear channel to add QAL to the IHeart concert? Because it just seems a little strange that they would all the sudden put Adam and Queen on the bill...not that they don't deserve to be there but radio has not done anything for Adam in the past. I just wonder why all of a sudden all these great opportunities open up for Adam. If Adam is a judge on Idol this year they will want him to be out in front of people as much as possible. And doesn't Idol lead into Glee on Thursday nights? And what if Adam is going to sign with Interscope? I am just feeling that all this stuff is intertwined. Should I take my meds now? LOL

Ryan's audition interview certainly gives credence to the idea of some alums on the panel. Ryan specifically said "Idol" audiences would be excited about the panel, and they prompted or choose contestants who gushed about the idea of alums on panel as well as naming some including Adam. Now in reality though Idol has had 12 seasons already, the Idols with the credibility to be on the panel makes a short list. With Kelly and Carrie not interested or available, that leaves JHud, Daughtry, Adam and maybe Jordin. Daughtry is never mentioned as a possibility because IMO he does not have the outgoing personality or glibness a judge would need though talented and successful. Also gig might hurt his cred in his genre. So that leaves us Adam, JHun and Jordin. My guess is that there will be two alums, JHud and Adam who will be joined by Keith and hopefully Miley. That would be a panel this fan could get excited about. I think Miley blurted out Adam in her iHeart interview with Ryan because she had been working with him and knew she would be working with him and hence was excited about him. ![]() |

I am visiting LA right now! My daughter moved out here less than a year ago. She has an apartment in West Hollywood. It's not swanky enough to be where Adam is, but I'm curious if she is close. My daughter is not an Adam fan so has no idea of the level of my crazy! I know I'll be looking for Adam where ever we go! On Thursday evening I'll be hanging out at the Grove while she is at work. Any atopers want to meet? I'm going to be in West Hollywood from Thurs-Mon....I have class Thur night though : ( |
