IF Adam has Idol, it would make sense for him to have a single to perform on the live show. Then I could see the 2014 referencing. And the album to follow....kinda like Keith Urban pimped his upcoming album on Idol. Whatever happens, Adam needs continual momentum of some kind or he's taking one hell of a risk with such a long hiatus between albums. JMO And I hate that I just said that. Twitter must be clearing out inactive accounts. Beiber lost 52K yesterday and Gaga lost 78K. Adam's 1K is nothing in comparison!

Not sure I understand the references to " such a long hiatus" between albums......his last album was released 14 mths ago. If he releases May 14 (single in Feb/March) it would be two years, which would be like many artists. It feels like a long time to us because the active promotion for TSP was so short/ non existent.... and of course It did not succeed on radio. For all of us, obviously sooner would be better than later, but what would be the point of releasing another album in the same circumstances? To the same effect? He needs change - a new label willing to invest, acting on a popular teen show to get around radio, the respect that comes with fronting Queen in the US, maybe even judging on a major weekly talent show.....?
Seems to me like there is a plan!

Has anyone explained STAN to Adam yet? It is based on the central character in the Eminem song "Stan", a "stan" is an overzealous maniacal fan. Stan's a lot easier than that. It's a combination of stalker with fan. Thanks. I knew it was something familiar like that. I knew there were two words combined but couldn't come up with the ST. |

I just logged on to Twitter and had a message from Twitter that I haven't tweeteereered in a long time. So I did. Don't want to lose my account too.
