The one year clock on the RCA option renewal must have expired around the end of April. Now we know why he was so happy when he got the GLAAD Award in San Francisco! May 11th! Yup! And why "the cat was not out of the bag" yet in Miami. My guess is he left RCA sometime in April, either right before or right after that Miami interview. Definitely before 4/29. The scenario goes something like this, in my head. RCA pulls Adam off of touring because there is a "sense of urgency" to get music out. He comes back from WAG and what RCA has been working on is getting their covers album idea in the works. Adam says, "HELL, NO!!!" I remember Adam saying in Miami that he really needed that vacation...now we know why perhaps?

Morning! Today for me is truly amazing and exciting Adam Day. Adam's new song, with the rest of the great news, and my son's reaction to the pic of Adam .. Last night, when I saw this outfit, my heart jumped, because this outfit is similar to the style of my son's clothes, and Adam looks gorgeous in it. It is very rare for me to show Adam's pics to my son .. help that I need from him is in the handling computer and in English words. Anyway I showed him the photo, saying to him, you see not only you know how to dress up, my son looked and said, wow! he looks good, I like. it It made my day, I gave him a kiss and hug .. I had a somewhat similar experience with my 21 year old nephew. Last week, he caught me looking at pictures of Adam at Paso Robles. He said "Who is that?" And I said "Adam". He said "Wow, he looks different. He looks good. I like his hair". This is the same guy who said "Not my thing" when asked to go to a radio concert with Adam (the one with Demi Lovato) in Sacramento last year. Maybe the tides are turning...

Here is another performance at another location, with Adam starting at about 6:20. The sound isn't any better than the others (maybe a few seconds are better), but if someone has Avicii's itinerary for the last few weeks, and we know that he has been closing the show with Lay Me Down, maybe a better recording exists... I really don't remember who, but wasn't Adam working with some other writers/artists earlier this year as well?

Do others think the push by RCA to do a covers album is why Adam was doing different covers and RCA tweeted those links? It seemed like RCA gave more PR to those covers than Trespassing. I suppose this has been discussed and I missed it, but the whole RCA/covers thing is just sad. or not, now that Adam has escaped them.

Katy meets Brittany at the Smurf premiere, Adam tweets about Katy, Shoshanna tweets about Katy's promo truck at the same time as Adam, Shoshanna manages Brittany.. this is getting cozy! There are some new mashed potatoes that say Shosh's company is now doing some PR work for Katy! Not surprising if Shosh is doing the PR work for Katy. She's been working closely with DMG for Adam. And they must have been really happy with Shosh works for Adam and DMG can easily recommended Shoshanna to Katy.

There are some new mashed potatoes that say Shosh's company is now doing some PR work for Katy! Back in March on the 23rd was that comment from Pop Justice that sent some of us ( myself included ) into the stratosphere. I wonder if this album concept was being discussed then. What was the comment?

Top 50 Hottest Jewish Men of 2013 (10-1) Join Shalom Life in celebrating the 50 most talented, intelligent, funny, and beautiful Jewish men of the year. By: Ashley Baylen Published: July 29th, 2013 in Culture » Society » News www.shalomlife.com/culture/20001/top-50-hottest-jewish-men-of-2013-10-1/
Welcome to Shalom Life’s 2nd annual JILF list. Over the past 5 days, we have embraced (not literally, unfortunately) the 50 most beautiful Jewish women in the world, but what about all the male Hebrew hotties? Let us celebrate them as well with another 5 days of Jewlicious beauties.
We understand that beauty is oft times indescribable, inexpressible, and ineffable, and always in the eye of the beholder. Some people focus entirely on physical attractiveness, while others delve a little deeper, finding attraction in intellect, talent, personality, and a certain “je ne sais quoi”. Therefore, selecting 50 men that perfectly encapsulate all that is considered beautiful (or handsome) might seem like a daunting challenge. Fortunately, there are countless Jewish men that fit the description, making it nearly impossible to narrow it down, but after a lot of consideration, we think we nailed it.
#8- ADAM LAMBERT
Age: 31
Hometown: Indianapolis, Indiana
Known for: American Idol, First Openly Gay Pop Artist to launch on a major label
Why he's a JILF: Adam moved to California at a very young age, and was raised in his mother’s Jewish religion. His musical career began at the age of 9, performing in school plays and choirs. His passion for performing encouraged Adam to move to L.A instead of attending college, landing him his first job at the age of 19 on a cruise ship. Upon his return, he started landing roles in professional theatre productions including Hair, Brigadoon, and Wicked. Adam became an international success with American Idol. Although he didn’t win, Adam went on to become one of the most successful contestants in the shows history. Adam’s most recent album, Trespassing, was an international success. Look out for him next on Fox’s Glee and on stage fronting classic rock band Queen.
