Uh guys?? What am I missing here? Chic is playing the iTunes festival. A radio station tweeted that they're hoping a "helmeted DJ" might show up. Surely they're talking about the daft punk guys(that's their thing, you rarely see their faces). I don't see any feasible Adam or avicii connection here. What am I missing??

If Adam was signed to a UMG label or a Sony deal, that is signed to a contract with a division of any publicly traded company, that would be considered material and be disclosed. Also, when he is signed, if it is a major label deal vs. a distribution deal, the label will announce it - usually first Finally, if/when Adam is signed, the RCA website will probably no longer have his beautiful face on it. RCA is soooooo behind on removing people's faces form their web site. They had Cook up there forever!! So, that is no indicator for me of anything other than they are behind. Except Cook never signed with a new label. I think legally, if Adam had been signed to a new label, RCA would be required to remove his name/picture from their roster. I just think if Adam had a new label deal, it would be public knowledge (although I could be wrong) |

Nemesis does not mean "mean or bad" It has taken on that connotation due to recent "super hero" movies. But it means a very strong rival/opponent. ETA: Kamar love your story today (you know I love you) except for Adam and Kurt as lovers! Kurt is a very young looking 23 (playing a 19 year old.) Just "NO!" (please)  You just killed my daydreams .  Don't worry I'm with you!! It could be one of those totally hot tense romances like Veronica and Logan in Veronica Mars  |

Avicii is playing too so I think the hope is that Adam is in London around the same time for Queen rehearsals and can make a guest appearance with Nile + Avicii |

I'm gonna indulge in a little mashed potatoes regarding Adam's role on Glee.
Adam's being connected to Kurt (Chris) through them both working at Vogue doesn't make sense, because it could limit opportunities to showcase Adam's singing. On the other hand, making Adam an instructor at NYADA who clashes with student Kurt would be too much like Rachel's feud last year with Cassie (Kate Hudson), and I can't see the Glee writers repeating such a similar storyline.
Maybe, as someone else suggested, Adam will be Kurt's rival as Rachel's BFF. I can imagine Adam befriending Rachel and becoming her comforter and counselor after Finn's death, and Kurt being pushed to the curb.
Or...maybe Kurt starts thinking about getting back together with Blaine, but Blaine's now seeing this hunky older new boyfriend...or Adam could come between Kurt and that English guy he was warming up to at school...
Or then again, maybe Kurt develops this overwhelming obsession with joining Queen, and guess who's in his way? (Nah, I don't really believe the last one, but it's fun to speculate.)

Just a guess that Adam will also be there too. QAL need to rehearse for iHR. There is a source from over 4 weeks ago that said Adam will be part of iTunes Festival. Queen per Brian is playing a concert for TV in London -- not announced yet. Now Nile is playing iTunes in mid-Sept. All points to Adam being in London in Sept before iHR concert. I believe this is a fully loaded baked potato. |
