Ack!! Avicii changed the countdown clock for the reveal! It is now 12 hours later! YOU CAN'T CHANGE A COUNTDOWN CLOCK!!!!!!!!! I got really confused this afternoon seeing the clock, thanks for this observation because I thought I'd seen things. However, there is a possibility that the clock works wierdly and the days are a separate approximation. That way it would say 1 day and the more specific hours left on sunday. Then on monday when the hours wear out it would change to 0 days at the same time. But it should not work that way! I said before it's on monday but deleted my correctional posts for tuesday because I'm not sure anymore when it will be. I hope that when the time gets closer we will be wiser somehow - although I agree with you and my logic says the same as yours (7 am tuesday NY time) with the current settings. Countdown clocks are supposed to have the correct time the whole time. I have never seen one that resets to 0 like you are saying. A countdown is a countdown. My guess is that the webmaster for this got his a.m. and p.m. mixed up, discovered it, and adjusted. Because the original time for the reveal was 1 a.m. Stockholm time and that always seemed strange to me.

Well shoot on the reveal time change. I noticed that LAY ME DOWN on iTunes is listed as 5:00 minutes in length. That means there's more to it than we've heard thus far. It may just be more intro and dance beats...but here's hoping for a note or two more from Adam. Probably wishful thinking on my part. Also, I was wondering if it released as a single, would there be a different edit to shorten it for radio. mys*&@^#r ? I think that Wake Me Up runs around 4 minutes. And are we talking about a possible single release as in radio or are there other charts and ways to get the music out in the dance music world? Just curious. There are a couple of other songs on this True album that I really like and I think could be contenders for single release. Guess we'll just have to keep fingers crossed until early Tues AM.

Because the original time for the reveal was 1 a.m. Stockholm time and that always seemed strange to me. There was a web address with text explaining what will happen but I lost the link, grrr. The late evening time might make some sense if fans are expected to hunt down the exact location and gather to watch the reveal there. But yeah, a mix-up sounds more sensible. Surely he will tweet about it when the reveal gets closer and we'll get verification that way. One more chance for me to repeat that it's much easier if you just state the local time and city - we do know how to use world clock. ETA The time change would be a great marketing gimmick > it certainly gets people talking and builds anticipation j/s

I give up. Just lost a post again. That's why I haven't been here for a couple of days. Too frustrating.
Am I really the only one having problems??? I have no problems at all on other sites.
Sorry for whining.

I just listened to Nile's interview (or part of it, it seems to have stopped). When he mentions Avicii I think he said "pronounce" not "announce." As in it's hard to say his name, not that he can't say that he will be at the event. I'm pretty sure I spelled it wrong too!

Yes, we are talking about Avicii's next single. I am sure there will be an edit for radio.

I've been wondering about the fact that Lay Me Down and other songs on True are in English when the artist is Swedish. Looks like English has really become the Lingua Franca of todays world. We native English speakers are lucky.
