Hey everyone, just got the package deal for the iheart radio show through New York, New York. I was able to get two tickets together in section 114, row DD. She first offered section 8, row U but I felt that section 114 was a bit closer (I hope I am right). Even though this is still very expensive, I just felt a whole lot better not having to pay scalper prices. And I am closer than the nosebleeds. On StubHub seats in section 114, row EE are going for $1765. So glad you are going!! Great news!! So happy for you!  |

YW Vivlite. I'm glad you liked the Bowie video. It's well worth the time.  Just excellent! I saw Adam's cover for FYE. And GN. Like Ziggy Stardust, it was more of a storyline than a concert, which I knew, but I now see it in that Bowie-esque way. Absolutely fascinating. And after Ziggy evaporated, Bowie then went on to create some of his most successful albums. Career of 40 years. No wonder he doesn't want to appear live anymore. BBC has some of the best documentaries. Also took Bowie 10 years to break in the biz. He did everything from folk songs to TV commercials to keep going. Loved this. ![]()

Great news!! So happy for you! Thanks so much, adamrocks, Q3, and mys*&@^#r50!!! I will be going with my sister who loves Queen and likes Adam a lot (just not a stan) and this will be the first time she sees either live. She was supposed to go with me to London but her DH wouldn't let her coz she was preggo. Now she will be able to go, but just for that one night coz DH doesn't want to be taking care of the baby by himself for more than a day. I have no responsibilities so would have loved to stay the whole weekend. ETA: I really want to thank the people on this board who told us all about these package deals and related info like the prices each hotel was charging and what sections were available. I was going to wait until prices went down but who knows if I would have even ended up going. I think this is a whole lot better. Thanks again!!! |
