For people outside of the US, not to worry, CoralMermaid @coralmermaid VMAs are being prof. streamed. Does everyone get this? Let me know if you need me to stream this so I can set it up. I don't get why fans are imagining/hoping for the Avicii number sung live. Avicii does not do live music. That's not his gig. He creates a special sound in the studio and spins it creatively live for a rave type dance party. Just him, his control panel, his sound system, a jillion fancy lights and effects, and his tracks and beats. No live musicians. No live singers. Adam sings live. Avicii plays his tracks live. Different entertainment. David Guetta is a DJ who has played his music with his singers live. He did it at the EMA's and he did it with Sia singing live on The Graham Norton Show. At least I thought they were singing live but I guess they could have been lip synching. This doesn't mean that I think Avicii would do live music, just that it's a possibility. |

My dh started writhing on the steps leading to the second floor one evening -- somehow it just wasn't the same as GNT. We were both roaring over the absurdity of it though. Thanks to the universe that my dh has a very healthy sense of humor about my hobby. Hey, I laugh at myself sometimes too.  |

Thank you JazzRocks! ![]() I just returned from visit of Prague, Cesky Krumlov and Kutna Hora on Thursday - my friends from the US were here in the CR for a few days and I showed them these places. They loved them all, it made me happy.  Hey, if you speak (or spell) Czech, I'm looking for the spelling of a town that in English means "Little Willow". Would you know how that might look on a map? "Little Willow" could mean a village "Malá Vrbka" - we have a village with the name in the CR (near to city Hodonin), www.malavrbka.cz/ I don't know - was it what were you looking for? |
