Boo! But at least we saw Adam!! Since I had sat through this far, I figured I would at least see Katy's performance. oh well - YouTube is my friend. I like Katy but that was a little cheezy. Conversely, I'm a little over Bruno but enjoyed his performance tonight. Go figure...

I thought the kid gave a nice acceptance speech though. Don't know who he is, oh yeah, Mahone? I guess the thing I'm most tired of seeing is the supposedly "shocking" sexual references. Ladies and gentlemen, it's all been done before. Now, it just looks low class. It takes no talent to shake your ass and make sexual innuendo's with a foam finger. Come on. Miley doesn't need to be doing that crap. Since I've read the Blurred Lines lyrics, I've lost a little respect for Mr. Thicke. Interestingly, I doubt if there will be any complaints. Adam had a definite point about the "double standard". I thought he pushed it a little too far with the face in his crotch but I don't think it was any worse then Miley backing up into Thicke and then stroking the foam finger between her legs. Oh well. Def not a family friendly show. And, not that entertaining for those of us who don't particularly need family friendly. It just wasn't FUN nor entertaining. I'll shut up now.

I like most pop music, but even I think this show was disappointing. For me, the exceptions were Gaga, Macklemore, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry. AND, of course, Adam looking perfect.

Just saw the Miley clip---maybe the worst thing I have ever seen. Talk about desperate.
I never know what to expect with Adam; half the time I'm not crazy about his look. But, tonight he was perfection. Absolutely gorgeous (even with the mustache) Now, can the universe align and we get an Adam/Emilie duet? Please!

All I can say is thank God Adam and Queens performance is on TV. People will get to see a performance. Can you just imagine the jaws dropping if they could have seen what the crowd at the EMA's saw. I don't know how any one else feels, but there is such a build up to all these performances and then ---- eh! Gaga, not one of her best, Miley, terrible, Katy, OK, Bruno, good, JT, I do enjoy him. I thought the two best performances of the night were Macklemore & Ryan (I like them, not surprised) and Kanye (I am not a big fan but thought he was excellent tonight). And the Daft Punk, Nile, Pharrell mirror suits were just great.
