Wasn't that Pricilla Presley book due out in August? I don't remember seeing any more about it. I get the Shop Elvis e-mails. No announcement yet. Will post it here if I hear about it there before there is a general announcement.

Hoopla Magnet @hooplamagnet 15m"And best (and most sincerely of all), Adam Lambert looked amazing with smart, sinister facial hair." OMG THIS PIC www.thebacklot.com/mtv-vmas-recap-macklemore-and-ryan-lewis-n-sync-and-lady-gaga-rule-in-gayest-vmas-ever/08/2013/?xrs=synd_twitter_backlot … … (Adam part)Other notable observations: Presenter Lil Kim looked like she was being portrayed in an Emmy-winning performance by Cicely Tyson. Presenter Jared Leto is my new favorite Kristen Wiig character. And best (and most sincerely of all), Adam Lambert looked amazing with smart, sinister facial hair. He’s at a great George Michael place with his look. I’m glad he could pull of some dignity as he presented the “Artist to Watch” trophy to newcomer Austin Mahone, who thanked his publicist with the eerie eagerness and self-confidence of Eve Harrington. Full of fire and music, this guy.
OMG.. Adam is 10x 20x better looking than George Michael when he's in his 30s. I mean George was good looking but cannot compare him to Adam. Adam is gorgeaous, handsome, sexy, hot.. etc.. I went to all girls boarding school. I went through a very short stage where I sucked in my cheeks or bit my cheeks for pictures. I thought I was doing it in such a subtle way. I had no mother around to tell me not to do it. It never occured to me that anyone would notice. My closest friends immediately called me on it. They thought it was seriously not cool. They kindly said that I was beautiful and I didn't need to do that. While I was horribly embarrassed (ah those teen years) at the time I am thankful that they were the kind of friends to let me know directly that they knew and thought it didn't wear well on me. I can imagine how compelled I would be to suck in or bite my cheeks if I were an entertainer constantly the limelight. We can change our hair, our clothes, our perfume, why is it considered less cool to suck in our cheeks? I think it is because it is a sign of disatisfaction with our own flesh and bone structure. When we see someone we think is the ultimate beauty, it is so easy to reject our own features. I think what upset my friends was that it was a sign of insecurity and an obvious sign of disatisfaction with my own cheeks. They wanted me to embrace and love my face just the way it was. I just want to whisper in Adam's ear that he is seriously beautiful just the way he is.

From the totally tame (Taylor Swift) to the nearly-nude (Miley Cyrus, obv), here’s every look from last night’s VMA ceremony. Photos: Getty

As someone with fuller cheeks I understand the impulse :-)
