Seriously--why do those guys from Daft Punk have masks on? Are they in the witness protection program or something? Is it supposed to be funny or do they really think they're making some kind of fashion statement? It looks utterly ridiculous. I just think those helmets/masks/ would get really hot wearing them for a whole evening. Yeah, it makes me think of Halloween when your mask gets all damp inside from your warm breath. Ick. |

So , I just watched the VMA's .
But then it was ruined when that ridiculous "JB" wannabe got into the stage , took the "Moonman" out of Adam's hands , and stood IN FRONT OF ADAM LAMBERT . Like , GET OUT OF THE GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING WAY , YOU FUCKSTICK !!!

I thought Same Love was done very well. Hey, who is Mary Lambert? Should I know? Probably! Oh, and JHud was wearing the most ridiculous shoes on the red carpet. Why on earth would you wear shoes that you couldn't walk in? She looked great but I would have been more impressed if her shoes were actually walkable.
I thought the first few songs of JT's were great. The set got long for me. I really liked Kanye. I missed some of GaGa but heard her. She has a great voice when she uses it. Personally, I don't think her visuals are all that creative but I've been around for awhile and it's a little hard to show me something new. I do like that she's a leader and not afraid to be different.
Stopped watching after Adam so I missed out on Katy and Bruno. I will go back and watch just to stay informed.....maybe.
Oh, and this was cable TV, not network. So, there ya go.
