Thanks betty!! I loved the skit at the beginning of the show and would even go so far as to say that his performance helped secure the Glee slot. But I know nothing. I am pretty sure that it helped.

Do we have this? Kerry Kolsch @kmkolsch 2hWhy won't American Idol listen! Can Adam Lambert Save 'American Idol'? voices.yahoo.com/can-adam-lambert-save-american-idol-12253150.html?cat=2 … (Adam part)
1 - The Important Judge - Adam Lambert When American Idol comes back this season, they not only have to have great singers, they have to have a lead judge that captivates the audience. Much has been discussed about the choice of judges but the main objective should be to regain lost viewers and to increase viewers in the desirable age demographic. When we revisit Simone Cowell's appeal, we learn that Simon Cowell was the favorite and most influential judge American Idol ever had. Cowell was loved because at times he was astute, honest and correct in his assessments of the talent. Simone did at times reflect the producers point of view as I pointed out, but more times than not, he was his own man. No one can deny that Adam Lambert is his own man. Adam Lambert has all of the qualities to be a great judge. He has undeniable talent, musical skill, personality, charm, intelligence, and a desire to support and encourage those around him, as shown again just recently when Adam had Allison Iraheta and her band, Halo Circus, open for his performance at Paso Robles.
In my opinion, if American Idol rejects Adam Lambert again as a judge, as they did last year, when Adam expressed a desire to be on the show, the show is doomed. It will be history and it will be the fault of those too arrogant to recognize that Adam Lambert is the greatest Idol of them all and the core American Idol viewers love him.

KK needs to be quiet. I don't think she helps anything w/ her overboard comments.

But it should be said that I also quite liked the frankengump.....I thought it was interesting and edgy for that performance. It certainly took care of any AI pretty boy preconceptions that night.

Linda Ladden 4evrmomof4 9m Cory Booker Gives The Most Perfect Response To Questions About His Sexuality ln.is/www.queerty.com/7HDz … via @queerty
First of all, this is the ridiculousness of this point. The question should not be whether you’re gay or straight, but the question should be, why are you asking the question in the first place?….The point I’m getting the chance to make right now — and I really, really want to drive this home — is that we need to stop in America talking abut anybody in a public realm, besides what is important: the content of their character, the quality of their ideas, the courage within their hearts to serve others. Here we have an opponent trying to say god awful things, literally saying, I believe a guy should be a guy. Almost like saying you are not a man if you’re gay. That is so extreme. Let’s shine lights on this for a second and understand that my father taught me what manhood is about. And it’s not about whether you play football or enjoyed badminton. Being a man is about love. About kindness to others. About standing up for what’s right, about doing what’s important to do in the unfinished business of America.”

WHY ARE YOU ASKING THE QUESTION IN THE FIRST PLACE? That sums it up. It's nobody's business what you do behind closed doors. However, doing it in public is another thing - and this goes for straight or LGBT.
