BBC Ents News Team @bbcentsteam 1hFreddie Mercury biopic writer Peter Morgan has told the BBC the film is "probably not going to happen" now Sacha Baron Cohen has pulled out. Maybe that will prompt Brian and Roger to say, "Well then, let's do a few more gigs with Adam... where's his number?" #selfishfan

Would SNL ever have an artist like Avicii as a musical guest? I am not convinced guests perform live on this show anyway. So maybe Adam and Nile could stand up on stage and perform along to Lay Me Down.

"Smile. I just said basically the same thing on yesterday's thread. A singer, instrumentalist or actor takes classes, pays for a teacher/mentor/coach in order to improve, not to have their ego stroked. A performer who doesn't take feedback well and doesn't improve from it soon finds herself out of a job, back to waiting tables."
This wasn't private feedback at an audition or in a class, one is attending. It was being filmed for a TV show that people would be voting on. IMO, he was nothing more than a bully. And if he wanted to get the point across about understanding the lyrics, he certainly could have done it in a "mentoring" way. I didn't even like Amber but that whole session made me cringe for her. OFC, that part didn't have to be put into the actual show because I believe she said in her Slezak interview, they spent about an hour together. Why Idol wanted to throw her under the bus that week, after pimping & praising poorer performance previously, I have no idea! But it worked. She was the talk of the blogs as being "dumb" and clueless and got eliminated! I just said something similar in yesterday's thread. I hadn't made it here yet. I'm too slow! I also can't believe I'm still talking about HCJ. Gonna shut up now, LOL.

LOL!
Dixie Gray @dixie9471 21h#AmericanIdol: pic.twitter.com/LZqFuENX3y Well.. what do we expect? The show has run for 12 years going onto 13 now. For 9 years they didn't have any competitors or other singing competition to compare to. If the ratings drops again from 15mil, I think they will have another 2 years, depending on how season 13's going to be.

I know he can be very sarcastic. He can sing but I haven't heard a whole song of him. Reading his feedback above, I'm thinking if the legend Smokey Robinson can be nice, why can't HCJ. Back to Adam, Adam can be sarcastic and unfiltered too, but Adam gives out his opinion without sounding condescending. He did it honestly and nicely. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST1v8OTSNVc

I thought Queen with Adam Lambert was going to participate in the itunes festival. Didn't Brian May allude to that? It is starting today. I just watched the promo and so many performers are participating, but I saw nothing about Queen. Am I confused?
