 iTUNES CHARTS: The heavy artillery is in place on this, the last Tuesday of September, with Q4 looming next week. Drake frames the albums Top 10, which contains only two holdovers in Jack Johnson and Avicii in their second weeks, as the beat goes on for Kings of Leon and Cher. And how about CHVRCHES, Glassnote's latest pick to click? The Glasgow band's debut album is also #2 on the Alternative chart, while "The Mother We Share" just happens to be the Single of the Week. Dueling divas occupy the three top spots on the singles big board, a week before the appearance of the debut longplayer from the chart-topping Lorde. Let the games begin. Quite by accident today when I was tracking the itunes numbers for Adam and Avicii I wound up searching the dance albums chart for Adam and lo and behold the Remixes EP was charting. Don't know if this is new because of the Avicii connection or not because I never thought to search the dance albums chart for Adam. IIHY remixes and Trespassing remixes had occasionally shown up on the pop chart but apparently Remixes (which I think is the WWFM remixes) is classed on the dance chart.
