Indeed...in one show Paul didn't even sing. Roger sang the first verse, Brian sang the second verse, they just did an instrumental rock guitar moment for the WHYYYY??? and they all sang the ending. So it could be done.

But I *REALLY* doubt Bowie does this. If Bowie *IS* going to start performing again, he's going to want to make a splash on his own not as a guest.

NOW if Bowie had been scheduled to appear I would say it was more likely. But I'd give this about a 1% chance.

The guests will be:

Foo Fighters (At least - Dave Grohl & Taylor Hawkins - In my mind a near certainty - No insider info - but Brian and Roger guest with them ALL the time)

From there the likely choices if there are more than one are:

Katy Perry (there and big fan)
Elton John (there and good friend)
Muse (good friends and they haven't performed together yet so who knows)
fun (reportedly they almost had worked something out to perform with Queen at the Grammys but couldn't pull off the scheduling)

Lady Ga Ga (always a threat)
Steven Tyler (good friends with Brian & Roger)

I hope that there are no guests. I am spending a fortune going to this show and I am only there to hear Adam.

You might notice that I don't have Another One Bites The Dust or Radio GaGa on either list. I personally don't feel Adam's tenor voice fits them as well as some other songs, but I might be in the minority.

In general, picking only 7 songs was the hardest thing I had to do in a long time

America's actually know more of Queen's music than Bohemian Rhapsody.

Two excellent lists. I would prefer to hear the second setlist. I was literally right in front of Adam when his pants ripped and would leave that out.

Here is my guess...I expect a Queen Greatest Hits, Greatest Hist show....

We Will Rock You (fast version, short - and I am not counting it as one of my songs because it will also be part of the close)
1. Somebody to Love
2. Crazy Little Thing Called Love (was a #1 song in the US)
3. Under Pressure/Radio Ga Ga (with just enough Radio Ga Ga to remind people they have so many hit songs, it would me nice if someone other than Roger sang with Adam -- it will not be Bowie)
4. Another One Bites the Dust (was a #1 song in the US and is very well known)
5. The Show Must Go On (This is the perfect song for Adam, nice lead in to BoRhap)
6. Bohemian Rhapsody (one of two that seems sure, 5/6 makes a nice Freddie tribute)

Encore -
7. We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions (will be the close, maybe with a TYMD beginning)

I would not be surprised to see...Dragon Attack (we know Adam loves this song and it suits him, and Brian/Roger often will pick one or two less well-known songs) and hope they do not do Another One Bites the Dust.

Killer Queen would be, well Killer with Adam on lead. I also have Innuendo on my dream Q+AL list. But unless there is an extended rehearsal, I expect that iHR setlist will be songs that they did in London Hammersmith -- and will be similar arrangements.

Queen "Killer Queen" --- I am still surprised they did not do this in the Q+AL shows

In the Q+AL concerts Adam sang the Freddie part of Under Pressure. Roger did the Bowie part. I think Roger may do it again or they will pick something else.

Does anyone know how long the set will be or how many songs? I find it odd that on my top 40 stations (both of them) Robin Thicke has taken over the "special appearance by" slot. No mention of Queen featuring Adam Lambert anymore. Now MAYBE it's just these 2 stations and MAYBE I missed the times they used the promo mentioning Queen. MAYBE it was just coincidence.

Any of the lists mentioned would be great. My love would be for WWTLF but perhaps that's too ballady for this kind of festival. My biggest nightmare would be if they did the song and Katy Perry sang it instead of Adam. Won't happen, but yikes!
