Haven't read past p. 1 so someone else may have already said this.....but, to me, the ONLY upside to Adam playing a drag queen would be that Melvin would have to be shaved off OMG YOU ARE RIGHT !!!

I have tickets from StubHub for Friday night and just called the MGM. Was told that they can't sell Saturday tickets unless you have or make a room reservation at the Grand. I checked Ticketmaster first and the website doesn't say sold out but when you enter any number of tickets, nothing meets the criteria.
Guess I'll try again tomorrow otherwise will find another show for Saturday night.

Told them I am staying at Excalibur. Maybe they own that too. You can tell them you are rooming with me.

Delurking to add my two cents to the drag queen rumor. My initial reaction was bad idea because Adam gets to much flack over wearing makeup and what some see as feminine clothes. On more consideration, I think there is a huge plus for the idea namely IMO it would garner him a huge amount of attention with lots a press and possibly talk show interviews. It would make his character very memorable and compelling to watch. Also no way is he going to be in drag all the time. I imagine the DMG knows what an asset his striking handsomeness is to his career, and will not waste a chance to have it on full display on a popular TV show. Another bonus for many fans,(not me though)is that drag queens never ever have beards. LOL OMFG i just HAVE to introduce you to Conchita Wurst (terrible name) at this years Life Ball: www.klatsch-tratsch.de/wp-content/uploads-thumbnails/615xq100/2013/05/Conchita-Wurst-Life-.Ball_.jpgOK, he's not a Drag Queen, but I think that is beside the point .... I just had to laugh really hard when I read your statement above because .... you better never assume ..... ETA: just realised, the beard looks like it's photoshopped ... it is not Conchita Wurst is a performer / singer in Austria, a veteran of several reality TV and talent shows. Will represent Austria in next year's Eurovision contest. I don't know anything more than the above, and since I don't own a TV can't even form an opinion.

Several mentions Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake more - Adam's section: Adam Lambert is an avid champion for equal rights for the LGBT community and has partnered with many organizations to help advance equality. In the past few years, he has received GLAAD’s Davidson/Valentini Award for making a significant difference in promoting equal rights in the LGBT community; released “Aftermath,” a charity single, with proceeds going to Trevor Project; and earned the Equality Idol Award during Equality California’s Equality Awards. Lambert also celebrated his 31st birthday by supporting the We Are Family Foundation, a global nonprofit that creates and supports programs to inspire and educate children about respect, understanding and cultural diversity. Leading up to his birthday, he encouraged fans to donate $31 to the foundation, which honored him for his continuing work to further the equal rights movement. Just a week after Lambert’s birthday, fans had donated more than $82K to support diversity programs around the world.
