I find it fascinating that two days before the concert, ticket prices have not come down. Maybe there will be a steep drop tomorrow but that seems risky as it cuts down the number of people who can at the last minute make arrangements to get there. Any thoughts about this? So thrilled that most of our Atoppers who wanted tickets got them. Except what about our wonderful GrandDucchess? She lives not far away and can drive. Maybe there will be enough of a drop so she can take advantage of her proximity. They have actually come down. Also, people buy the lower price tickets in a section first. If you look at the average sell price versus the listed prices, it is much lower. Stub Hub has only sold a small number of tickets on the floor -- Floor A 3 sales, average $3,302. Floor C none sold, Floor D 2 sales average $1,061. ETC. There are many, many brokers selling these tickets and I do not believe anyone really knows what is actually being charged. Sometime people who plan to attend a concert and have tickets, list them for a very high price just in case they sell. |
