I honestly don't think she'd handle it that well myself but I thought that it had a strong chance of happening... 1. Katy is a HUGE fan of Queen 2. Brian is a fan/friend of Katy 3. Katy releasing a perfume called Killer Queen. 4. Brian is a whore. (I mean this will all due respect and love  ) But as long as schedules align and there is time to get a quick rehearsal in, I don't know if Brian would refuse to work with anyone, lol... 1. True 2. Excited about fun. STL is a great song for Nate, and I'm sure he will kill it. I saw fun. in Chicago this past summer, and they were great live. The only downside for me, is that the song with fun. will most certainly be one highlighted in the TV special, so, less Adam on TV. But, it's ok  I would love it if they did KQ, but didn't Brian say somewhere that he personally doesn't like the song? Eta----please don't stress about LMD falling on ITunes; it will happen, and no amount of gifting is going to change that; it's expected |

He later clarified his comments to say he didn't like what it represented from Freddie at the time - more away from the band and into bad habits. He also didn't like that Freddie limited the guitars on the track. The only thing he ever said in any negative connotation (that I know of) is that when it was released he wasn't sure it was the single he wanted representing them as it was light and poppy and they were trying to establish themselves in the rock world but he decided "Fuck it, a hit is a hit is a hit" |
