hey, I'm sitting here in the Rocky Mountains and I see my story is up for a vote! That's a nice surprise seeing as I forgot about the fact it was supposed to be wacky too!! I tend to be a more practical type of person and I guess my story reflects that. I'm not sure how to vote now!

I do not read a whole lot into Adam's use of the imagery from the Adam and Eve story in his sleeve. He talked about this when he did the RS snake cover. I recall he said it was his idea to use the snake because of the Adam and Eve story. It is in the RS interview I think. Does anyone remember? And clearly Adam is neither a biblical scholar or an archeologist -- because it is believed that no snakes or apples were involved in the story of the Tree of Knowledge.  It was in RS -- I've been trying to find a transcript since this a.m. -- I might have to go dig out my copy. |
