Drake was REALLY off key wasn't he?! Haha! I side-eyed my daughter who adores him.
Adam got a heluva lot of screen time both nights...I'm completely thrilled!

I know I shouldn't complain, because any Adam is better than no Adam. However, if they were going to put a Queen performance on tonite, why didn't they pick a better song. I don't really care for FBG. Adam was so good on CLTCL, I would have preferred that one.

I watched iHeart tonight, sometimes muted, while also reading, waiting for Queenbert. I started recording as soon as the backstage bit started and ended with the end of the song. I now have just the precious few minutes of Queenbert recorded in HD on my big screen and what is most important, Adam's 'get on the bike and ride' ... :D Dream fantasies taken care of for the next few nights (months, years).
One off topic comment. I watched Ke$ha and ended up feeling sorry for her. Even if her singing has never been topnotch, she always felt a little wild and crazy but self-aware and genuine. I enjoyed her music. What the fuck happened. She was a sad version (if that is even possible) of Britney Spears. It just didn't seem like her. I hope she gets away from whoever is managing her.
Off to watch Adam ride.

He is like the male version of Taylor Swift. Both are consider strong writers in their genre, both have lots of hits singles and move lots of albums but live single is not their best stuff. |
