Just saw the JT/Leila moment with Adam looking on! Me too! And then they showed Adam twice in the closing credits, including his "motorcycle riding". Seriously, they gave Adam an incredible amount of screen time. I am very happy!

Little bit of meaningless trivia re the hop/skip/jump over the guitar cord. Brian usually plays his home-made red guitar with a wireless amp system. However, on FBG he has to use another guitar because the tuning for the guitar on that song is different. It would interrupt the show if he were to stop and change the tuning on his red guitar, so they have another one ready back stage for the number. I guess that one is not set up for wireless.

I love the tweets about how great Queen and Adam Lambert were that don't even mention that fun was performing with them. QAL was certainly the focus of the recording, too, IMO. Probably because they were more interesting/compelling to watch.

. One off topic comment. I watched Ke$ha and ended up feeling sorry for her. Even if her singing has never been topnotch, she always felt a little wild and crazy but self-aware and genuine. I enjoyed her music. What the fuck happened. She was a sad version (if that is even possible) of Britney Spears. It just didn't seem like her. I hope she gets away from whoever is managing her. Off to watch Adam ride. That makes me sad, too. I like Kesha. She's my guilty pleasure. I know she really can't sing but I do expect her to put on a fun show, and, yes, I never thought she took herself too seriously.

Just listened to the HD video of iHeart (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knp0Vrm-L70) and WOW to the whole thing. One thing I especially noticed from the other videos, is just how full and sonorous his lower register is in CLTCL. Nice. It is apparent that he continues to refine and develop his voice and I like his dedication. (and his motorbike riding :D ... yes, I know, I have mentioned this before .)

Even if you take Queen out of the equation, Friday nights show was so much better than Saturday night. Sir Paul McCartney has lost his voice. Elton was fantastic. Maroon Five had vocals on par with 'Fun'. Bruno was good but Muse and 30 Seconds to Mars were better. I never thought I'd say Chris Brown was better than anyone else but I think he beat Drake! The TV Program was very different than the live experience. 30 Sec to Mars played on Saturday -- and their best number was not shown. They moved 30STM to the Monday TV show. They cut Miley totally out because it was on Prime Time, but she did a very nice cover of "What Have They Done to My Song MA" plus her hits. She was better than Kesha (of course I would be better than Kesha), ZED was on Sat and did Clarity, not on TV. Miguel did a duet with Chris Brown and was on solo on Sat and was not on at all. I am not a country fan but one of the highlights on Saturday was Tim McGraw who was sooooo much better than Keith Urban. Tim was not even on the TV Show -- except to say watch him online. So much was cut out. And some of the best numbers were missing. Chris Brown + Benny Benassi "Beautiful People" was actually very good (and I hate CB).
