Did anyone explain the "gate" comments to our new members and international members? I believe the term comes from the Watergate fiasco some years ago. It was a HUGE scandal that ultimately contributed to Nixon resigning as President of the US. Since that time, any big, emotional scandal with lots of complications, denials, repercussions, outrage, etc is termed a "gate". For Adam, the AMAs and the Finland arrests were "gates." We haven't had one in quite a while, altho' Adam's comments about Les Miz created a "mini-gate" of sorts. Thank you cassie for the explanation! I didn't know what is this 'gate' thing.  |

I was just watching an archetypal astrology class on ustream, and the astrologer played some music by artists with strong Venus Uranus in their charts such as Bob Marley's "One Love", as Venus Uranus is transiting right now .. very heart-opening, soulful type of music. I mentioned Lay Me Down saying that it was a dancey uplifting kind of song, and that Adam sang it, describing him as someone with a very sublime, Venusian-type voice. He said he's going to check out Adam's chart and maybe talk about it the next time.. also said he'd have to check out his music. Oh, please post what he says. Adam has a really interesting chart. I do not have the knowledge to interpret it but I can do the math and it is loaded with interesting numbers and rare alignments. Though Western Astrology is great with personality analysis, compatibility, archetypes etc. it doesn't address his phenomenal Cinderella rise which is breathtaking in his Vedic chart in timing and scope. Nor does it explain how very rare his voice is and his scintillating intelligence. Someday with permission, I will do something very complete for your guys but a chart has teeth and though Adam is very open, I need somehow to know it's OK to discuss it the way I long to! |

Since I live in Philly, voted again tonite for Adam vs whoever the person was. Although today is only Monday, as of tonite Adam has less votes that this other person. Don't know if you can do multiple votes at same time-in that case I voted abt 20 times tonite. Hope he wins, I can't even recall facewise who the others were. Vote if you can. If this not right place to post this reminder, can moderator move it to right thread/site? |
