I suppose it's OT in a way, but Sauli was great today, and the translation below of the magazine article referenced earlier was of great interest to me. Maybe to others here. I think he and his "best friend" are cut from the same cloth, and I am happy I have learned about him through Adam. And so happy he is doing so well.Agree, completely. Thanks so much for allowing us to keep up with talented Sauli Sunshine!!! Sauli has taken risks and the risks have been challenging yet rewarding. His outlook on life has such honesty and strength. Got a lump in my gut reading/re-reading through the translation ... lots of feelings that are hard to pinpoint. Love his thoughts on loving himself first.

www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1rpmb3v The article provides a more complete picture - really enjoyed reading it. Thanks, evergreen! Like his "best friend", Sauli is also a risk-taker. A while back I wouldn't have known what the Finnish language sounded like. Now, I'm sitting here listening to DOI and nodding my head up and down in agreement like I know what is being said. It sounds to me like Sauli is used to speaking his native tongue again. I have friends that travel back and forth from Jordan. They say it takes a while once they get back home to start thinking and dreaming in their native tongue once again. I wonder if it's the same for Sauli since he's been back home.

I'm so happy for him to be out there being famous and appreciated.. In a way IMHO if he didn't go his own way ,he would remain in Adam's shadow, never sure of what and who he is as a person. Hats off to Sauli the courageous and independent man. In my heart however,I'm still a bit wistful because I so see him with Adam... maybe many years from now, when they each achieve what they set out to achieve.

One of the things I love about all the past AFL performances, photos and interviews, etc. that you've been posting LadyM, , is the feeling that what I'm seeing is just a snapshot of some future retrospective of AFL's work. There is so much more to come and I know it will be epic and I'll be transfixed by it all. Sometimes, I can't believe my good fortune. You're welcome, satisfied,

Wasn't this story so beautiful! I learned more about Sauli, and Adam in this translation that all the stanning I have attempted in the last three years. I so see them together too.. but whatever it is, I love them both for their courage and beauty. "get your life.. give a damn.. you gotta make a move to show me where we can stand!" Yes tweet is so beautiful.. Thank you

I think we love Sauli and Adam for many of the same reasons. It's not my place to say what their relationship should be now, or in the future, but it makes me happy to see they are still very much in each other's lives.
