Adam's episode of GLEE is running during Sweeps week -- so the competition was going to be tough. Well it just got worse! The Voice will air 3 times during the first week of live shows, beginning with The Live Playoffs The Top 20 Part 1 on Monday November 4, Part 2 on Tuesday November 5 and The Results on Thursday November 7 (9/8 pm) (Airing opposite Glee on FOX.).
So Glee will be doing well if it holds 4.5 million views. *sigh* It's never going to be easy for Adam, is it? Anyway, in the end he will win! He is the best! *crosses finfgers for the number of the views to be big* |

I know I lose interest when it gets to the live playoffs. The results shows are just a lot of repetition, singing with the judges and guest stars. You can tune into the last five minutes to see who gets cut. Unless 'The Voice' guest star is huge I don't see 'Glee' losing viewers. What are 'The Voice' result show ratings usually like? |

James Corden, the British actor, who had nothing but praise for Adam on that TV show with Roger, is an amazing talent himself.
His play,"One Man, Two Guvnors" was a huge success both in London and in NY. (I was fortunate enough to see it.) Corden is a great comic actor,and won the Tony for Best Actor in 2012.
Incidentally, Corden has a major role, along with Anna Kendrick, in the movie adaptation of Sondheim's musical "Into The Woods", which is filming now. I bring this up only to express again how pissed I am that Adam is not in this movie. Billy Magnussen, who did get the role of the Prince that Adam would have been ideal for, is now one of the leading candidates to star in "Fifty Shades of Grey". A smallish role in a big movie can lead to so many opportunities.

I am watching Coven and saw that Ryan Murphy is a creator of this show. I must say it is pretty strange.
