My guess would be that Adam is getting about $500,00 for New Year's at Winstar. That guess is based in part on the caliber of the acts that have played there the last two years (Adam Levine+Maroon 5 in2011, and Pitbull in 2012). The casino makes money not just on ticket sales, but on rooms, food, alcohol, and gambling.
For the Fountainbleu, I would estimate about $200,000. It is, I believe, the second biggest nightclub in the world. My estimate here is based on comparable acts that have played recently (FUN, and Robin Thicke). Here too the hotel makes money on rooms, food, and above all ALCOHOL.
Incidentally, there was a recent article in The New Yorker about Las Vegas. Big name entertainers are now basically loss-leaders. Major money comes from the dance clubs where DJs rule. Major DJs are now commanding, and getting, hundreds of thousands a night. Why? Because a good DJ brings in affluent young people who run up big (BIG!) bar tabs.

I agree on the Winstar, and I feel that the Miami amount is bigger than your number, mainly because its a major holiday and they are selling multi-night packages... I have a feeling Adam is VERY selective and can afford to cherry pick... (whether this is my wishful thinking I would never know 8-|)

what do you think Adam is getting for InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball. The best I know of these type of charity functions is that while they do make money for the charity but are really a way of seeing and being seen in the society in which they function. I think they do pay the entertainer and pay them very well.

I had to laugh because the other place says just the opposite. Adam's career is on the decline... opposing view points are always interesting. Did they say on what they based their opinion? bailey, thanks for the pointer :D As usually it is quite entertaining there...always a pleasure to read certain opinions

I know we aren't supposed to brings things like this over, but I'd like to know how even remotely accurate this person is from that place:
"It is a problem if he thinks he can get $150k and no promoter is going to book him. I doubt he's getting half of that for the NYE at WinStar casino. Have you seen the soft ticket sales? Not even half sold and the fans are done buying."
Again, this is just the opposite what some are saying here. I haven't kept up with his current concert ticket sales. If this all a bunch of bullshit, please clarify it over there, because I don't know the stats. Thanks.

Thanks. that's what I call entertainment ....this person quite obviously has no math skills and has no idea what brings revenue to a major casino... just think about it: Adam charged at least $250K for a pride event this summer (according to thier internal source as far as I remember), so how much would he charge the second biggest casino in the world for the biggest night of the year????
