Adam Lambert is really getting in to the Halloween spirit this year. The singer, and soon to be Glee star, hit up not one, but two Halloween parties this weekend.
Friday night (October 25, 2013), Adam and his band attended Fred and Jason’s 8th Annual ‘Halloweenie’ Holiday Concert By The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles at Los Angeles Theatre on October 25, 2013 in Los Angeles, California. Loving the blue-faced genie get up! Adam posted video from the event on Twitter – see that below.
Then last night (October 26, 2013), the glam man hit up the Halloween party at the Warwick Club in Hollywood, CA. He was all leather, spikes and fishnet and wearing one messy rocker wig. Looks like he was enjoying himself!

Will you take something from upcoming guest star Adam Lambert, who plays a character named Elliott “Starchild” Gilbert? As you may know, Lambert’s New Jersey-native character will audition for a new band put together by Kurt, but, he teases, it’s not love at first sight. “As far as the character goes, at first Kurt and Starchild don’t quite click, but then they click,” he teases. “It’s definitely a work in progress.”

(CNN) -- Lou Reed, who took rock 'n' roll into dark corners as a songwriter, vocalist and guitarist for the Velvet Underground and as a solo artist, died Sunday, his publicist said. He was 71.
The publicist, Peter Noble, confirmed Reed's death but released no details. Reed had undergone a liver transplant in May, his wife, the musician/performance artist Laurie Anderson, disclosed over the summer.
Reed was a rock pioneer who went from record label songwriter to a member of the short-lived but innovative and influential Velvet Underground. The band and Reed's solo work tackled taboo topics like drug addiction, paranoia and sexual deviancy in songs that were largely spare, muscular and often saturated in feedback.
"Lou Reed's influence is one that there are really only a tiny handful of other figures who you can compare to him," said Simon Vozick-Levinson, a senior editor at Rolling Stone. "He spoke incredibly frankly about the realities of being an artist, being a person who lived life on one's own terms. He didn't prettify things. He didn't sugarcoat things. He showed life as it really is and that's something that made him a true original, and one of our great all-time artists," he said.
