WHAAAAAAAT!!!!
To tell you the truth, I was a bit apprehensive about the songs, after hearing how the Glee songs are usually treated. I know nothing about music, but all the songs seem to be "sweetened" - they all sound very pretty but emotionless, and the voices somehow don't sound real to my layman ears. I was afraid that Adam would get the same treatment. But there's nothing like that here! Adam's voice is very real and raw, with plenty of intensity and emotion. The song is just PERFECTION!! I'm so happy I could explode!

"Adam unsurprisingly kills it." I love that quote for so many reasons. What wonderful promotion and acknowledgement of his immense talent. More and more, articles are just assuming that Adam is the best singer in music today. (Another one used the often seen descriptor of Adam: "Vocal powerhouse." It is becoming almost as commonly used as "American Idol winner.") I also love that Fox and Adam's team are doing major advance PR work for Adam's episode. I am pleased that they are featuring Adam on sweep week and focusing so much on his participation. It tells me they think Adam is very advantageous to Glee and they are pleased with what they have produced. All this means major visibility, recognition and career building. Finally, Adam tweeting at 7 in the morning most probably means he had an early cast call for filming Glee today. Don't you think? I would say it's because of your learned essays, but I'm afraid Brian and Roger has got something to do with it too . They are such an authority, everybody assume that if they said so, it must be true. People are afraid to make that assumption themselves, but if they're told so - and told by legends, no less - then they are at ease that they have a solid backup. (and LMAO at " It is becoming almost as commonly used as "American Idol winner"" )

Love it!
I was worried they were going to GLEE it up too much…… but they chose to let THAT VOICE shine. It comes off as hot and current rather than a cheesy retread. Hope 'Roar' gets a similar treatment.

Marry the Night is perfect I'm trying to act calmer about it than I really am. Not that I don't love Trespassing era but I've been waiting for the return of the For Your Entertainment voice for ages. It's that kind of OTT reckless abandon that I fell in love with initially but I don't hear it in anything else, including all the metal I listen to. So I just
