I am reminded of the flight jacket my big bro gave me he acquired while in the Air Force. I treasured that jacket and wore it for years until the cuffs ripped apart and my body could no longer fit into it. So comfy... and warm enough for AZ desert nights and mornings. I have seen knockoffs since (at much lower prices than Adam paid) but my kids never wanted one. Ridiculous that Adam paid close to 2k for something like this because it is "designer". I guess he did because he can. Sorry folks, but WHEN DID HE WEAR THIS? I feel out of the loop.... I was wondering the same thing? I would have thought I'd remember this as it strays from his norm. And if we are going to keep posting the amounts his stuff is costing, then I figure it is open for discussion . IMO he pays way too much for a label--$700 for sunglasses is somewhat offensive imo. But I get that he is living in a different world, must maintain an image, it is his money etc. But pounce away.... |

He could get them as gifts for the promotion the designers receive when he wears them. He is photographed everywhere he goes, I can't imagine the strain of knowing that every time I walked out my door it's possible I will be photographed and what I'm wearing dissected online and in print. I bet my clothing budget would go WAY WAY up if that were the case. It's part of his job to look cool/trendy/stylish/whatever. I remember when Paris Hilton was on the D list and shopping with Kathy. They were in a store that was closed to everyone else and they had finished their shopping. The paps were outside. Paris stops Kathy and says, "mirror check." Because, PHOTOS. I would be exhausted by it. At least when I'm doing my public figure thing it's when I turn the camera on, not while I'm buying Kale! |

I wonder if his clothes could be deducted as a business expense. His public image is an important part of his career and as such wardrobe should be deductible, IMO.
Anyway, I love seeing him looking so current and put together and gorgeous.

I saw one pic today when trying frantically to catch up as I was away last night. If someone can dig it up it might have the date too, I'm too busy for that, sorry. ETA Good job, shimoli!  |
