Q3, when they tightened up the tax laws, my understanding is that it now has to be an actually uniform or costume. Late to this, yes, that is pretty much what I found and posted. The only exception I found for entertainers is that formal wear has been classified as a costume not as street attire. In any case, if you wear 10" gold platform shoes to a club, they are street attire and not a costume.  So for Adam.....pretty much the GNT costumes are the only thing that appears to have not ended up in his closet -- so that is 3 costumes. And maybe those black and yellow Trespassing pants. |
