[grins wryly, but with nostalgia] Hey guys, new promo for Idol just came out. And, yes, Adam is there. Not named checked like some of the big winners, but definitely with a nice performance shot. They didn't show Taylor Hicks, Lee DeWyze and Candice. It seems that showed all the other winners as well as the successful finalists They did show Taylor and Lee DeWyze, but they weren't name checked. Candice, not being highlighted, as the last winner, is a total snub! She is briefly shown at the very end. They are making it look like Phillip won last year! And WTF with Clay?! LOL! |

On attitudes about Adam.
His Twitter sentiment is usually around 60% - 70% positive -- which is high. Right now it is 96% positive.
So there are some negative tweets -- but they are rare.
I did a visual inspection of some of the auto-coded tweets and many of the negative tweets are misclassified and are sarcastic/positive.
ETA: for comparison...
Puppies are 56% positive
Kittens are 76% positive
Cupcakes are 82% positive

But he did hump the floor. Even my hubby who is used to seeing Adam videos, went, "OMG!" LOL! He did but i think the whole Gaga homage made that acceptable. |
