American Idol alumni, Adam Lambert, recently guest starred in an episode of Glee as a flamboyant superstar who’s name played homage to Ziggy Stardust.
Singing Lady Gaga’s Marry The Night, Starchild (or Adam)’s rendition practically blew everyone off his or her seats. From hanging off a glass chandelier to rolling on the floor and even climbing on tables, Adam’s performance was so incredibly electrifying, even Kurt (played by Chris Colfer), who was pretty snarky to him at first, was completely wowed by his performance.
The coolest part about the entire series was when Demi Lovato (who played Adam’s guitarist) had a moment with Adam and they looked like they really connected. Some fans have even suggested that the two collaborate on some material. Adam’s debut on Glee garnered positive feedbacks, with fans describing it as being the best performance that Adam has ever put on.
Personally, I gave up watching Glee because I got so tired of how fake it was when the cast members sung. However, Adam’s performance looked so real and so enjoyable that I might just consider watching the series again.
