They have many labels. We did this before. Now which one? At least he has a home and somebody that loves him. Ha!!! We will wait to see how much they love him and how smart they
are, but DMG has it together. I think we are finally going to roll, as in the world will see
and hear one of the greatest - I am not biased!!

Omigosh omigosh I'm sure we've all been thinking that the week after his glee debut would be an awfully good time to announce a new record label!!!!! But trying to be rational, is there another good reason for that logo to be there? [tries to think rationally and play Devil's Advocate] Um, maybe just a distribution deal? (Tho' even that would still be pretty cool) I will keep a tight rein on my expectations then. Pretend I said nothing!  But even just a new merchandise distribution deal is a good thing. |

I see AO official no longer has AL music for sale; profits would just go to RCA, right? must be hard for adam to let go of trespassing...I guess he knows the music business is difficult at best. I remember him saying how much there is to look at, choose from. I do feel like we are forcefed certain artists over and over. once they do well they seem to be 'in' no matter if subsequent albums are just mediocre. Adam gets the same royalties on RCA sales of his music today that he got when he was under contract to RCA. The only difference is that the RCA/Adam Lambert store used to be embedded in AdamOfficial.com |

Geez, if this is really Adam's new label, I hope we don't ruin the announcement for him. Adam's had to keep quiet for so long and that's not his forte..  I predict a label announcement is imminent..twitter will be all over this. Well, Shoshanna did say more things coming up. She may be on a plane back to LA sooner than later. Can you hear it..'those beloved (&^#)*&*%&&) Glamberts did it again'... I think Maia should have a front row seat at the announcement. Yup. ![]() ETA: ABORT??? WUT??? I just got Maia a sweet deal going here...shootskies.... OK, then, merchandise. Maia..want some merch???  |

adamlambert.shop.bravadousa.com/ Check the bottom right corner of this page on his new Adam Official site. It says Universal Music Group. That has to have some significance. It is the page for the store. Good catch, m45maia  This is not a label relationship -- it is a merchandise relationship. Adam now has control of his merchandising which was handled by 19 under his Idol contract. Bravado also manages Katy Perry's merchandise. |

Ok, guys, right now, the only thing we KNOW is that Adam's merchandizing has been taken over by Bravado, which is a merchandizing company and is part of UMG. That does not make clear yet, that Adam is signed to one of the many UMG labels, but of course it is possible. We just don't know and need to wait til we are told more. (or anything for that matter) UMG also has a distribution company, so Adam could also have gone for such a deal. We do not know this based on that signature on the website. But clearly the parts are moving towards an official reveal and these early birds signal very exciting and positive news. Here is the whole UMG company with all its parts. Good catch, m45maia Okay. Wait. Does this mean Adam has a new record label? Is UMG a label or a corporation with multiple labels? I get so confused! Tell me what I am seeing. NO! It is a merchandising division of UMG. Artist on Sony and Warner labels have Bravado International do their merchandising. They are the top company in artist merchandising. |
