I think it's from an article about artists that are influenced by Bowie from what I remember. But no idea beyond that. Maybe it could be found searching Bowie news articles.

In some ways the bump FYE got may be as big or bigger than Trespassing because Most are buying the deluxe Trespassing and the regular version is only creeping the bottom of the top 1500 pop even though deluxe got to #91. But BOTH versions of FYE have had significant bump and while FYE deluxe was as high as #235 the regular version got as high as #472 that I saw.
