Someone was looking for one of the NYC scenes in A Katy or a Gaga. I'll copy this from my smugmug because I'm short on time: I edited the episode to only include the NYC scenes, which are all related to Starchild/Elliott directly or indirectly. I split it in two parts. It's 720p HD. BE SURE TO WATCH IT IN HD! You can download it in various formats directly from here. Part 1 includes opening credits with Kurt in the cafe talking to Dani & Santana about his band, Starchild's audition singing Marry the Night plus reactions, and Rachel advising Kurt to ask Starchild to join the band. 720p is 175 MB. I had a thought, what if they introduce conflict between Kurt and Elliott because Starchild doesn't want to do covers but wants their indie band to be more artistic and perform original songs. If the show starts to concentrate more---or exclusively---on the New York side of things, then maybe they could start to feature songs that aren't covers, but new music or music written for the show, like Nashville does. Starchild could bring a song he's been working on to the group and sing it---and it could be one of Adam's own songs. I don't know if I'm too keen on Adam's music being wrapped up with Glee, and I don't know how that would work with their EP releases. But other artists seem to find value in having their music covered on Glee, so it could be a boon for him, too. And perhaps Starchild could sing an acoustic version of the song, or some variation on it, but then the "real" version of the song is what's released to radio and on Adam's own album. They could do something similar with Demi Lovato's music, too, or Lea Michele's upcoming CD.
Adam looked great again today on Ellen!
I realize this is random, but it's something I've been curious about since the moment I saw him in them---does anyone know the brand name of the pants Adam wore during the iHeart performance with Queen? I love those pants.

I hope everything is ok with all of you. And heeeeey, everything is so exciting right now in our fandom!!!! I'm just so incredibly proud to be a fan of Adam. ![]() He was fantastic in Glee. So natural and adorable!!! And Gleeks seem to love him so much!!! ![]() And all these news about Adam being "in talk" with some labels, so exciting!!!! I don't like them at all. I think he looks like a strange mannequin. And I shudder when I see the shaved sides haircut. UGH. Hope he never does that again.  Oh I hope he will do that again and more :D Oh me too! The light hair tony duran images instantly brought to mind some of the looks Gaga have been presenting lately. It seems that often Adam is before the times. I see a look on him and then later that similar look on more famous celebrities. The spikes on clothes is another example. I don't know if anyone here watched the ArtRave live stream, but Gaga was more bizarre than ever and I loved it! I am afraid that Adam has moved on from theatrics and fearless expression to the more refined palatable look. Oh well, will just have to wait and see what happens with era three. Hope we get to see more fun outfits on Starchild, at least. |

Adam on Ellen -- talking to a couple of labels vs. his previous comment was "a handful". There are only two major label not named Sony -- UMG and Warner plus some large independent. Just my guess is the 2 = UMG and Warner Music Group. Well... I haven't been paying too much attention to the labels debate lately because of my ER shifts and stuff, but my gut tells me he's already with a label and they just don't wanna announce it yet. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what my heart tells me.  But what could be a reason for not announcing it--if he is already with a label. The good things is that he wouldn't be talking about it if there wasn't a sure thing going on. Otherwise he'd look pretty silly if no label actually picked him up. I wonder if he has quite a bit of the album done (demos or something) and is shopping that around. He has to have put some of his own money into it. That might make it more appealing for a label. |
