I like the Tony Duran photos. The white-haired one are very creative, like a modern Louis XVI study in grey. The dark-haired ones with the see-through shirts are very sexy.

In June, Clear Channel’s iHeartRadio launched Show Your Stripes, the largest public service program in the company’s history. The national campaign concerns the growing issue of U.S veteran unemployment.


In honor of Veteran’s Day on November 11th, the campaign released a new series of radio and outdoor PSA’s featuring both real veterans sharing their personal stories and celebrities including Adam Lambert, Kelly Clarkson, Krewella, Ryan Seacrest, Flo Rida, and more.

“The men and women who have served our country have picked up qualities in the military that any employer would covet – loyalty, reliability, dedication and so many others,” said Ryan Seacrest in a radio spot.

Another series of digital displays was also launched for Veteran’s Day in very public places including New York City’s Times Square, featuring international celebrities such as Katy Perry, Bon Jovi, TLC, The Kardashians, and Steve Harvey.

In addition to all of the above-mentioned celebrities, Show Your Stripes has gained support from the likes of Elton John, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Mario Lopez, LL Cool J and other since it’s initial launch just five months ago. These celebrities help to spotlight the U.S businesses with
a proven history and proactive plan for hiring veterans.

“America has the most highly skilled group of veterans in our history returning from military duty and we are using the reach of Clear Channel’s 850 radio stations, our iHeartRadio platform and Outdoor assets to help place them back into the workforce,” said John Sykes, President of Clear Channel Entertainment Enterprises.

“We have created an effective system that matches unemployed veterans with employers in their home towns who are looking for highly skilled and reliable employees."

The campaign’s digital platform, showyourstripes.org, was designed by Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, in partnership with Monster.com and Military.com, to easily and effectively connect businesses and veterans. The website provides veteran users access to 70,000 military-friendly jobs, as well as offers businesses the opportunity to post jobs specifically geared toward the skills provided by veterans. More than 100,000 job applications have been submitted to a wide variety of companies by veterans searching for jobs on iHeartRadio Show Your Stripes’ website, and that number is expected to grow significantly in the coming weeks.
