Mirroring body language and posture definitely has been shown to enhance rapport and increase comfort in groups and between individuals. It is, on some levels, instinctive, but it is also a technique that is taught in public speaking courses as well as sales training.I don't think that Adam is doing it as a conscious technique, but I believe it is one of the things that makes him so appealing and likeable in interviews. I agree! |
