Thank you Wal!! Um, now having watched it, all I can say is LOL! Adam is adorable but this is silly. Kurt needs better fantasies!  I wonder how they pick the songs to cover. I understand the current promo, like Roar, but how on earth did they come up with a boring song like this Madonna song? I find it hard to like this clip - between the music and the way it's been filmed, i.e. hard to see Adam against the lights and behind Kurt mostly.... anyway, I shouldn't be greedy and stop complaining.... waiting for a watchable WDTFS video |

Off to listen to all the Jungle Book songs for the first time since my sons were little. Woot! Jungle Book has always been my dh's absolute favorite; I've always kidded him about it. Hmmmmm, what will he think when I start playing the songs (I know none of them; well, maybe, yubba dubba something or other). Looks like he's getting Jungle Book songs for Christmas! |

Squeee. Yay. Adam! On my screen. For the world to see. Yes!
But......... yawn. Kinda boring staging and filming and song, don't you think? It makes me greatly appreciate the wonderful fan videos we get of Adam actually performing live. Even those amateur clips with iPhone cameras are much more riveting and exciting than Into the Groove. IMHO.
Got a question for those with great ears. When I hear Chris sing the verse, it sounds to me like they have overdubbed the singing. That they have two lead tracks on top of each other to add richness and texture to it. It is a common practice, especially before the producers had all the high tech stuff to sweeten the sound in the studio. When Adam sings his verse, I do not hear a doubled vocal. Just one. Course, he doesn't need any tricks to add richness and fullness to his voice.
So, am I imagining this, or do others hear this as well?

Well, except that I would be very surprised if they used songs from a previous version of the movie. They wouldn't update everything but use obviously dated music, would they? I am anticipating all new compositions for a new movie. |

Sad they edited out the Naya & Adam solos. But Adam steals every scene he is in! Imagine how the Demi or Naya feel! They are barely there
