Just chiming in to say that Adam's vocals were beautiful last night. My wish for his career is to work with quality musicians like Michael Orland; with Michael on piano Adam's voice is magical. The quality of the instrumentalists is so vital. I dont' think Brian really knows how to play the piano, hate the keytar. Do you guys remember when Adam performed with Zac from Korn? He was an excellent pianist and I loved when he accompanied Adam. Kathy Griffin is so funny, she really loves Adam. For anyone there last night was Adam's reception from the crowd after his performance as strong as the others?

I love how Adam acknowledge the musicians he performs with  Every performer last night was incredible. But Adam was the only one who acknowledged his accompanist. ![]() As a former accompanist and orchestra member, this is extremely appreciated and very important for positive relationships with the people who support the "stars." I've always been proud of Adam for acknowledging that. |

I just got a chance to listen to last night's WWFM -- and it was beautiful. I love Adam and Michael Orland -- I would love to see a stripped down (arrangement or Adam  ) concert with Adam, Michael and a few other high level musicians. But a lot of Adam and Michael. They are so good together. |

Okie dokie... I found the socks! BURGUNDY  I am loving the whole outfit and thinking that the days of us complaining about "all black all the time" are behind us! adam-pictures.com/displayimage.php?album=950&pid=32780#top_display_media I also found an "imperfection" - the two out of four buttons on his right sleeve a opened, but they are all buttoned on his left sleeve...  ...and now I am going to hang my head in shame for doing the inch by inch sleuthing over all of the 191 pictures at the adam-pictures.com... ![]() What buttons? All I can see is ginger hair and freckles on that hand! |

ETA: Juniemoon, I think you are onto something with your Cherrytree Records post, yesterday. But if they are really doing something like this, it only makes sense, if they can hang themselves organizationally underneath a larger label, that can handle worldwide distribution and promotion and they have to be bigger than the few players we know about, to pull that one off. So, either, there is a major dealing in the works, going way beyond the Cherry's and Adam and that closer knit circle we know about, or I have a tough time seeing this a commercially viable backbone for Adam. We shall see. Or maybe we are just writing stories for pomegranates again. Who knows. After seeing all these photos and the wonderful vids, I admit I am warming up to the jacket....it is a lovely color combination on him, no argument there!  But......the pants.......I think it's the way they look in the side shots, where it is clear the design on the back of the legs is a different shade than the front. Looks patched together....but that's how it looks to me and I know Adam did not lose a moment's sleep worrying about my reaction to this suit!  Makes me wonder what he will wear New Year's......canNOT wait! You know it will be awesome!  And will give us something to talk about while recovering from NYE hangovers! |

I have always felt his arrangements of FYE were what made them so successful live and part of what was missing from Trespassing. This is one of my favorite zac performances. Romulan Adam on Leno. He looked so normal amongst this crazy bunch. Sleepwalker is so good live. I've always been proud of Adam for acknowledging that. Yes! His generous spirit was obvious from the beginning on Idol, acknowledging the band after his performances. And I was also so impressed when I started watching vids of him arriving or leaving an event. As he gets in or out of the car, he almost always turns to the person holding the door and says thanks. Such a small gesture, but it melted my heart the first time I noticed it. ![]() He gets crushed at these events now, so not sure if he is still doing it all the time, but you know he does appreciate it even if he has to move a lot faster than the early days..... |
