Everyone on that track is an excellent vocalist and yet Adam voice has more resonance and more dimension. Just proves it is not about hitting the notes, it is all about how you hit the notes. I think Chris Colfer nailed when he described Adam's voice in the BTS video. Do you mean the "what kind of lab experiment results in that voice?" quote? I didn't miss something I hope? Btw glad that nobody took my statement as meaning that I don't appreciate the Glee vocalists, because I do! It is hard sometimes to decide what I want to say, and then say it, hoping that I translated my thoughts well. Really looking forward to more GLEE duets / group songs! The teasers are pretty tantalising.  And thank you so much for getting the smilies back! Even on ipad they are working fine now.  In reverse order -- -you are welcome and I am glad they are working on iPads. *** The comment is the lab experiment comment -- forgetting the words, it was the way Chris said and his expression the got to me. It was like he had no words and thus got almost silly trying to describe Adam's voice. |

There are some smileys that I've never seen. "  " and "  " for example have always shown up on my computer as words. When someone gets excited about some Adam news, what I see is: Most of the other smileys show up fine. LOL ave jist realised something ,all the posts with GRINSMILEY SINGADAM SPINDANCER etc were meant tae be smillies ,ah am stupid ,ah jist thowt it wis an "american atop secrit code " an ah thowt ye were all daft |

Please, please let this happen....and at the Apollo again (I think it has a new name now) - the most perfect venue. They know they can fill it several times over....
I know one arena show is probably more lucrative and less work than a couple of smaller shows but the Apollo has to be the best audience experience ever.
Getting carried away with venues when there is no talk of a UK show...yet....
Is there a smiley somewhere 'on my knees, with praying hands'? Because I do need one of those. If there was a QAL concert in London (or somewhere in Europe) I would actually have a chance to be there. I would so so so love it to be able to see Adam live, and with Queen would be extra special. Or maybe just some tryouts in Amsterdam? We love Queen here, you know. And there are a few Adam fans as well. I know the odds are zero, but hey, a person can dream, can't they? and im dreamin with ye tae AMSTER FUCKING DAM COUNT ME IN i wid sell ma soul tae the devil ,but ah think maybe he already has it |

Hey Everyone!  With all this awesome news about 2014 being revealed, I just wanted to delurk to be part of this Adam-loving community. I have been reading these news threads every day for about a year now and I'm so glad I found this place.Like most of you I'm constantly amazed by the talent that Adam is and actually discovered this forum because I stumbled upon the Masterclass thread and was blown away by the knowledge that was provided there ( shoutout to Cassie and everyone that made it this great ). So there I was and boy did the rest of Adamtopia live up to it! I have yet to see Adam live but with the upcoming Queen mini-tour I'm staring to hope that I might just do that in 2014  |

It's not only the fullness and brilliance of Adam's voice, it also is his precision. He is given the more difficult harmonies to sing and it seems like he is so on key that the others are orienting themselves after him.
Not really a new thing, that is how every group number on idol went, it just shows that he is vastly superior in sound quality and technique overall.
Now, when it comes to this rock cover version of that Darkness song, then I think that Adam will do it in his own style. Not only does he have to find a style that works for him, he also needs to harmonize with Kurt, and as many pointed out,she does not have a rocker voice at all or at least I have never heard her sing with a true rock voice.
But, I am sure, Adam finds a way to do the song justice in a unique and beautiful way. He always does. He is brilliant at interpreting a song. That's why I am still here, four years later.
But NatGlam, I do like that cover that you posted for us. TY, it was really great.

This 'hold on' sounds like a good-bye song. But episode 11 is too early for Adam's good-bye. That is only his fourth episode. Noooooo...... A handful is at least 5, ....so please, I am an entitled fan and want at least six. I hope Ryan Murphy is listening (and Adam for that matter). Kamar, you have no idea how many songs I have come to know here on Atop, and I had 3 times your time to get to know them. Believe me, you are way ahead already, in hard lessons of life unfortunately too, but also as in the entertainment news and events and insights you have absorbed together with us. And don't let me even get started on your excellent English, your smartness and everything else. Believe me, you astound me every day. I did not know most of the songs from episode 10 and 11 either, you are not alone at all.    Love you all , guys , really do <3 I don't know what to say |
