I wasn't able to see the iheart /QAL until two weeks ago (I have watched it every day since). He was truly the frontman for the first time (with Queen) - HBIC. I love it more every time I watch it. Why is the video so messed up at the end? Most of these videos were captured from the live stream, which had issues depending on the viewer's location. Another recording had problems in WWTLF... Try this one, I think it is the best HQ stream version out there: www.youtube.com/watch?v=knp0Vrm-L70&feature=youtu.beThank You! This is the best copy I have seen.

Actually I think it's a blanket pin -
I had a plaid kilt/skirt when I was about 10 years old that had a pin like that on the side. I thought it was cool. I wore white go-go boots to complete the outfit. You and I must be around the same age! I had a pink/purple plaid kilt that my mom made me around the same age and she even made a matching outfit for my doll LOL! I also had the white go-go boots to wear with it as well. Somewhere around here I have a picture in the actual outfit, as it was a Christmas present that year!

These are decorative blanket pins -- common for modern ceremonies and military attire. Usually they are much plainer. They are also called cloak pins. Blanket pins used to have a very specific function -- slightly different from kilt pins and part of traditional/formal Scot's attire. Highland Scots (men) wear kilts, sashes and blankets. All get pins to hold them in place and decorate them. (Part of my family is from Scotland, and part is still there.) ETA: I can just see my Grandfather's face if I should up in white go-go boots with a kilt! I would certainly not be here today. I always wanted a pair of white go-go boots. <jealous> New thread is up!!

OT Sauli's contract got confirmed yesterday by the agency's website and a tabloid got some new info too via press release by Paparazzi Model Management. That confirms my assumptions that the agency can and will book other kinds of work too, not only modeling. 'Sauli Koskinen Paparazzin listoille' (iltalehti.fi, Dec 16, 2013) Sauli Koskinen on Paparazzi's roster www.iltalehti.fi/mallit/2013121617841400_mp.shtmlThe article tells that the management agency has been expanding their services to include celebrities too. They are building their celebrity roster at the moment expecting to sign more people in the following months. About Sauli they mention BB win in 2007 and DOI win this autumn describing their cooperation as follows. "Sauli is available for diverse jobs, a host or an actor among others. He is also fit for modeling. Sauli knows how to pose."
