Does anyone have an educated opinion about how much Adam would be paid to attend an event like this? I remember being rather shocked when I learned that a big celebrity could earn as much for a few hours appearing at a nightclub opening for example, as the average guy earns in two years of full time work. Nice work if you can get it! we know that "asia" pays 4-5 times the rate of the US... talking about exuberant fees - I remember reading Paris Hilton got $2Mil  to attend a 16th birthday party for some Russian mogul's daughter....so ya... Many of the promoted payments for celebrity appearance fees are exaggerated. I was involved in one deal where the contract included a rider that the celebrity could promote they were paid $XXXX when he actually got $XX. This is done sometimes to explain why they would do not private or less important events, and to maintain high-fee in the future. With the exception of Russia (which is currently insane when it comes to money), the rates celebrities are getting for everything from concerts to TV shows to appearances are dropping -- a lot. Partly because there are mid- to high-budget fewer motion pictures that involve actors vs. animations and action stars, and fewer high-budget scripted TV programs. |

I'm going on the record to say I dislike the leather baseball (?) hat.
LOVE the plaid suit -- I wish Adam would start wearing vests and unbuttoning his suit jackets.
Oh, and from yesterday:
I recognized the blanket pins because I use them with a towel on my dogs after a bath to keep their coat flat and to keep them warm this time of year.

He might be taking a mini vacation, he loves to shop. We don't know, but he might be taking a friend for a private vacation, pure speculation. With Adam he is full of surprises.  |
