Wednesday - check in Day - Happy Festivis
What? It's not Festivis? Seinfield (old sitcom) is on rerun playing their Festivis (made up holiday) episode and it seemed appropriate.

I got back to regular daily walking (1.25 miles) and went to aerobics twice. Hope to increase back to 1.5 miles by check-in time next week. No farm boxes this spring because we are back in a severe drought -- really miss them.

Just now getting to the computer after a long day. Barely making it before midnight. :)I lost 1.2 pounds this week. Had to work really hard after my dinner out on Monday, but I managed to stay in control. Will be MIA the next 2 weeks, but plan to keep on my plan during that time. To those who celebrate, have a wonderful Easter!

Yay! Down 1.6 lbs. A little more exercise a little less food, but nothing drastic.
