well, well people.... the tour time and especially July were a total mess for me from the "healthy life style" POV... BUT it was totally awesome from the enjoyment POV This morning I finally got the courage to get on that scale...miraculously I did not gain any weight...yet I feel "bloated"... I am thinking I lost muscle mass - three weeks of not going to the gym... soooo.... back to the gym for me today! Rihannsu - it was so nice meeting you! I have to say you look so thin that it is hard to believe you are trying to loose more!

I'm not stressing it though just really focusing on maintaining and trying to stay with healthier foods.

Down about 3/4 lb this week. At least headed back in the right direction.

Well, I'm up .4 lbs this week, so not too bad. I'm like you Rihannsu, not stressing it too much. Lost the 50 lbs. and have been going back and forth within about 3 lbs. so not losing anymore, which was another 10 lbs, just can't seem to get there right now. With work so busy easy to grab quick snacks rather than sit down for a proper lunch. I keep trying though so we'll see where it goes! It doesn't help that I have no opportunity for walking these days, although on my feet most of the day.

I was out of town at a conference last week, so free snacks and lunches abounded. Still working on getting back to pre QAL but I am getting a peek at it. My leg/knee is giving me fits and goes back and forth from days of yeah it's getting better to damn it cut the whole thing off. Yesterday was one of the later.

Well, down 1 lb. this week, so that's ok! Sorry to hear your leg is continuing to bother you Jablea! That can really mess up your exercise plans and is so frustrating. No time to walk for me for several weeks already, due to work, my busiest time of the year, and if I do get a chance it's later in the day and too hot! I figure by the end of September, after we're back from 2 weeks holiday, it'll be easier to get into a decent routine again.

Up a pound which I choose to see as gaining muscle since I spent Saturday & Sunday helping my daughter pack books and disassemble bookshelves. LOL

Hi all!! Back from cruise and being sick! UGH!! Actually lost a couple lbs. Was extremely surprised but I guess I'll blame it on sickness!! Anyway, I'm happy about it!! Now, I just have to start a down trend!!! Back to work, everybody!!!!

My knee is slowly getting better which means slow walks and slow bicycle rides but much better than neither of both. I'm pretty much back where I was pre-QAL which isn't great but better than keeping those pounds permanently which is what I probably did in the past. I weigh every day and keep an eye on the low weigh ins as I fluctuate three pounds up and down easily. I've got to cut my chocolate, I think that is my downfall right now.
