CONGRATS, EVIE!! What a beautiful piece of art that pin is and to see Adam usher in the New Year with it! How wonderful for all of us, but especially for you. You took much care in choosing that masterful pin and I so appreciate seeing Adam wear it!

Pop music is part art and part business. Adam has noted this many times in interviews. I am certain that there is not a member on this board who is not in deep awe, and profoundly touched by Adam the artist. The other half of this dichotomy, the business side, is important also, because success on the business end means he has the resources to make new music, bring that music live to his fans and get super fun gigs like Glee. During a recent interview he said something to the affect that he hoped radio would be receptive to his new music. Adam seems to want to be at the place were Katy et al are located.
One thing I have learned to trust is that Adam is so talented he will have a very successful career with longevity. I used to worry about him, but those worries are long gone.

For one, I sure hope Adam has an album out in 2014 since his tour is already in the pre-planning stages.  How is it we seem to go from the highest of the highs after a concert, into the trenches in two days? Always amazes me. Had to post. Gonna be a longggg slog if we start this now. JMO. |
