Adam does not discard friends as we all know, so (insert back stabber's name here) must have hurt him deeply. That's enough for me! He will remain the man with no name. This is what he caused for Adam at a crucial time in his career True friends do not do that!!!!

Seriously doubt it! Can't think of anyone I know who would say, "Oh well, not going to go see P!NK, Kelly, Katy, or Adam Lambert because I can watch the You Tubes!" LOL! If anything, as stated above, seeing the You Tubes makes people want to go see it live. Wasn't Biloxi sold out though? Well, I had the opportunity to go see P!nk and Andrea Bocelli, who I really wanted to see, in December. It was only a 3 hr drive plus an overnight stay. But then the Adam Winstar and Biloxi concerts came along and there went my concert+travel budget. Plus, as it ended up, I had to work the weekend of the P!nk & Andrea Bocelli concerts, so not good timing anyway. For artist other than Adam, I have taken to buying DVDs or Blu-rays if available or watching YouTube videos to see if I would even want to go to their concerts in the first place. Before Adam, the last big name concert I had been to see was 20 years prior. It was in an arena and the sound was way too loud and just awfully distorted. I knew every one of that artist's songs and I still could not make out any of the words she was singing. So, the thing that keeps me from buying more concert tickets is never knowing what the sound will be like at the concert. Why spend big money to go to a concert in this situation when I could just by the CDs and have a much better time listening. At lest with Adam I know that he has done as much as possible to provide good sound. This is not true of every artist.

Wonderful! Thanks for posting this, adamrocks! I liked this as well: "When his voice does things like that, I just don’t know anything anymore."

I don't consider watching a video anything like going to a concert. I love watching videos, and we have some amazing videographers. Going to a concert is a different experience altogether. It is like the difference between reading about a place, which I love to do, and visiting the place in person. I have met people who actually prefer to read about a place and detest traveling, so there you go. I adore doing both.
I read concert reviews before I buy tickets. A few times I have not bought tickets because I read that the person's live act was not very good; other times I have bought tickets I was on the fence about, when I read how enjoyable their show was.
About Monte. I was sorry about what happened. I don't like what Monte did. The cause of the falling out was the oldest story in the world in the music business. Bands and band mates come and go. Look at the Everly Brothers and their epic falling out. I think the "he who shall not be named" stuff is a bit childish.

I'd love to read a play by play from you on AI People keep quoting the judges, I bet you where more fun Well thanks I probably shouldn't cause I have some opinions on some Idol performances that would get tomatoes thrown my way. {stuff}One live was poopoo except for that high note and I agree with Simon about Satisfaction awww.... By The Rules! THE BEST SONG ON TP!!! (sorry, I love it so much I can't help but respond!) as far as incredible recordings "for conversion" purposes - Feeling Good studio version is incredible! Works with "mature" targets LMD works with the young'uns due to the "coolness" factor... How could I forget! Feeling Good is like his most complete performance. Alright then, instant conversion or your money back: 1. Feeling Good (studio) 2. WWTLF (iHeartRadio) 3. Play that Funky Music (studio) 4. Red House 5. By the Rules 6. CTMBTM I wouldn't say LMD is the best to convert to Adam the singer. If we were trying to convert people to Adam the pop-star then we'd need a whole different list!! He hits a Bb5 in PTFM live, doesn't he? I thought maybe he also did that in the studio version and you chose it to show the extreme range. A5 on the studio version (and G5s, F5s, E5s, D5s, etc.) - better sounding note than the live Bb5 tho I love Adam's live performance of Feeling Good on AI!!! But still don't understand how it landed him on the bottom 3 that week?

I look at him as person in Adam's past that Adam chooses to have absolutely nothing to do with his future. Moving on for me.
