There is still the Olympics theory. I suggested on twitter, tongue in cheek of course, that Adam would sing at the Olympics. Well I guess tongue in cheek is not working. Where are wink smilies when you need them. Ha Ha.
We will all know soon. I think.

Dunno why , but I'm thinking now that the "clues" are about this record label : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Def_Jam_RecordsI mean , it starts with "D" , It's part of The Island Def Jam Music Group (BTR has an Island-y vibe) , part of UMG , And it's location is in NYC (where Adam was before these crazy tweets) Shosh followed "Virgin EMI" a few days ago . So , according to my Crystal Ball , he is signed with Def Jam Recordings , which is part of The Island Def Jam Music Group , which is part of UMG . Phew !! |

First , Russia is too risky for Adam to go to because the anti-gay laws and stuff , and , second , they didn't even let him sing with Queen in the Olympics in London last year . Because he isn't British . I would love that to happen , tho :( I mean Adam singing at the Olympics . |

Thank you Kamar, you are a sweetie. I was just kidding on twitter and here. There is a snowball's chance in hell for Adam to sing in Russia for the Olympics.
What is interesting is Elton John did a smackdown at his last concert in Russia. Seems there were no reprocussions. Madonna was lambasted for her words. Russia may pay him back the next time and not issue a visa.

I think all you have to do is think of a name (like) "Fans for Adam Lambert's 32nd Birthday" or whatever else and then set it up and tweet it out. This is my guess. We have fans here with Twitter accounts to start the ball rolling. If fans tweeted to Adam he may just retweet. OK I tweeted a message to Adam .. What can the Glamberts get you for your birthday.. I doubt whether I will hear from him..LOL I have learned a bit about doing these charity campaigns for Adam's birthday. I set up the original Birthday page on DonorsChoose.com for his 29th birthday. (Back in the Planet Fierce days.) And that later was turned into the official Birthday page. I also did the 30th Birthday Charity:Water program. Same thing. First it was ATop then it expanded. The Charity:Water program was better because it was international. It is a lot of work. Adam took the lead last year and used his birthday to support Nile Rodgers charity because they suggested it as part of the award he received. I do not have the time to do a charity campaign again and it is IMO too late to start. It is something that needed to be started in November or December. The risk is to do something and not match past years' results making it look like Adam has fewer fans supporting him.
MY VERY STRONG RECOMMENDATION IS TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT THIS YEAR.
But trust me, to do a charity campaign, someone needs to plan to work about 40 hours a week for a few weeks and needs to get volunteers to work one other fansites including ALF and AO.com. It did not happen organically for 29 and 30. (Note: It sure helped when Adam tweeted it both years.) Last year was hard and a few fans made big contributions at the end to pump up the total. It was not because people were not willing, it was because there was not proper grass-roots organization and there was structure to keep promoting it and build awareness. If someone wants to take this on, my recommendation is to pick a global charity (Charity:Water) and to kick it off before Adam's birthday but run the campaign for 90 days.
