I was so happy to see this on the news today - the plaintiffs in the Norfolk case, Tony London and Tim Bostic, are good friends of mine. I talked with Tony today to congratulate them on receiving our new AG's support. They also have Ted Olson and David Boies on their litigation team and the case is being heard on the "Rocket Docket" here in Eastern Virginia, so things are moving quickly. |
